Our Story

Tiffany’s was created from heritage, love, and intention.

The name comes from its Greek meaning — “manifestation of God,” a blessing, a gift.

It also carries our personal story: the name of the place where Mehmet bought Malti’s engagement ring, the moment their journey began.

This restaurant carries that same meaning — something cherished, something created with heart.

In our kitchen, flavor is crafted with purpose.

Chef Mehmet uses generations of Ottoman technique to build dishes with house-flavored butters, freshly roasted spices, and scratch-made sauces that bring depth, warmth, and soul to every plate.

Every dish is layered with story.

Every flavor is shaped with care.

Everything served at Tiffany’s is meant to be remembered.

This is more than a meal — it’s a feeling, an experience, a moment you carry with you.

Welcome to Tiffany’s.

Come taste the meaning behind the name.

FOUNDER & CHEF — MEHMET SUKUTLI

“Fusion isn’t about eliminating anything — it’s about adding, blending, and honoring every flavor beautifully.”

Chef Mehmet’s journey began in the old kitchens of Turkey, where his family ran restaurants for generations and nothing was ever bought ready-made. Butter, spices, sauces, reductions — everything started from scratch. That heritage still guides his hands today.

Shaped by both his Ottoman culinary roots and the discipline of his military veteran background, Mehmet cooks with purpose, precision, and heart. He believes food should be memorable, something guests can’t find everywhere, something they return specifically to him for.

For Mehmet, excellence isn’t about titles — it’s about quality, honesty, and intention on the plate.

Simple ingredients, deep technique, and flavors that stay with you.

This is the chef behind Tiffany’s.
